The Norte Grande insurrection

During the desparation of the global Great Depression, it was announced that a Communist militia had every plan for open insurrection. Early Christmas morning, Communist militants attacked army barracks but were repelled. Some left for the hills, but federal forces attacked those inside the party's offices. They dynamited the office, and then searched for every communist in the city, executing those they found.
