Secretary of Labor / Minister of War

A military group that sympathizes with the Axis Powers takes control of the government. Among them is Juan D. Peron, then a colonel, who becomes, successively, secretary of labor and social welfare, minister of war and vice president. While serving as secretary of labor he formulates a policy of respect for the rights of workers, inspired by the social doctrines of the Catholic Church.
